These terms apply to use of the IVCO Home Improvements website and our optional customer-service text messaging program. Specific project work, pricing, warranties, and payment obligations are governed by any separate written quote, contract, or agreement between you and IVCO.

Website and quote requests

Information on this website describes general services and is not a binding project quote. Submitting a request does not obligate either party to enter an agreement. Final scope, scheduling, pricing, and project terms will be confirmed separately.

IVCO customer-service SMS program

Program name: IVCO Home Improvements Customer Care. If you expressly opt in, IVCO may send informational text messages about your service inquiries, requested estimates, appointment confirmations or reminders, scheduling changes, and project-related follow-up. Promotional or marketing SMS requires separate consent.

To opt in through our website, enter your contact details in the quote-request form and voluntarily check the separate, initially unchecked SMS-consent box. Opting in is not required to submit a quote request or purchase services. You may also give permission directly when contacting us; IVCO should record that consent before using SMS.

Message frequency varies with your requested service and project activity, typically up to four messages per month but potentially more during an active project. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and get help

Reply STOP to opt out of further texts at any time. You may receive a final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, call 706-968-8203, or email info@ivcohomeimprovements.com. If you change your mind later, you must provide new consent before receiving optional SMS updates again.

Privacy

Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
